Arlen Roth is one of the most respected guitarists in the world. His 1st album won "Best Instrumental Performance" at Montreux in 1978, and he now has 14 solo albums to his credit. He has toured with the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, John Prine, Phoebe Snow and countless others and founded Hot Licks Video, the first ever company to offer Instructional Lessons on video with famous artists.

Vintage Guitar Magazine voted Arlen in the "Top 100 Most Influential Guitarists of the Century", and voted him in the "Top 50 All-time Acoustic Guitarists." He created most of the guitar parts for Ralph Macchio in the film "Crossroads" and directed those scenes as well. His column "Hot Guitar" was voted #1 by the readers of Guitar Player Mag. 10 years in a row, and he has also authored 8 best-selling books on the guitar. For 6 years he was the main creator of online lessons for, and had over 900 thousand students following his lessons.

He has garnered the titles "Master of the Telecaster" and "The Whole World's Guitar Teacher." Many of his albums have already reached "classic" status, and his latest is an acoustic tribute to The Rolling Stones entitled "Paint it Black/Acoustic Stones." Critics have called his acoustic version of "Layla" better than Clapton's acoustic version. This show will feature Arlen on solo acoustic as well as Slide guitar, another specialty of his!
