Four local singer-songwriters will grace our stage to perform original music and influential covers for our audiences! Come out and support live local music and storytelling in Kennett Square!

Howard Isenberg (Big Izzy), a lifelong avid reader, had developed a fascination for the art of storytelling at a young age. Poetry, prose and short story writing evolved into songwriting once he began teaching himself guitar in his late teens. He has not yet lost his curiosity of unlocking the mysteries of the instrument nor his interest in describing his view of the world through his music.

Joe Campbell is a songwriter from Newark, Delaware. He’s been writing songs since he was a teen and was influenced by The Beatles and the British invasion of the early sixties. His other influences have been The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson, David Bowie, and so many more including more recent artists and songwriters like Chris Cornell.

Born in Indiana and raised in Delaware, Liz Watkins has been writing songs since the age of 12. After dabbling on the piano and behind her brother’s drum set, she found the guitar to be the natural choice of instrument to develop her singing and songwriting skills. As a self-taught guitarist, she has begged, stolen, and borrowed guitar playing techniques from James Taylor, Jobim, and Chet Atkins while the range of her singing and songwriting influences includes Billy Joel, Burt Bacharach, Vince Gill, Stevie Wonder and Brandon Flowers.

Butch Zito was awarded the 2014 Established Fellowship in Folk Art-Music from the State of Delaware and the National Endowment for the Arts. He has a song featured in the new movie “Punk Rock Vegan Movie” and recently released a new album with his band Stackabones and has performed with: Pete Seegar, Michelle Shocked, Canned Heat, Loudon Wainwright, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Townse Van Zandt, Mickey Hart, Left Over Salmon.
