About the host:
Joshua Chase Miller is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Philadelphia. He has established himself within the city’s music scene both as a solo artist and member of the folk rock band Former Belle. Miller’s first release “From Within”, featured contributions from West Philly power-house Darla, who helped Josh bring his ideas to life. With his newest offering “Mend,” he has taken a decisive step forward as a songwriter. Miller describes “Mend” as a collection of hopeful, but not quite happy songs, with delicate guitar and piano compositions as well as lush horns. The five-track EP features contributions from members of the Brooklyn band San Fermin and was produced by San Fermin frontman Allen Tate. “Mend” is slated for release later this year.
