Lights Out

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

LIGHTS OUT is a four part vocal tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. This popular multi-talented group has been entertaining audiences for years by focusing on the art of harmony and the pure sound of voices.

LIGHTS OUT incorporates acapella, a Journey Through Musical Time (hits from the 50's through the 90's), and, of course, the sounds of Frankie Valli into an exciting show that has audiences dancing, singing, and laughing throughout the entire show. With a lead singer whose voice is virtually identical to Frankie Valli himself, the group's infectious personality and fully choreographed show leaves audiences wanting more even after the curtain falls.

Trespass - The Music of Genesis

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Trespass -The music of Genesis, is a tribute to the early years of the British progressive rock band Genesis. The songs are culled from the dawning of the group’s popularity with Peter Gabriel fronting the band, covering songs from the albums "Nursery Cryme," "Foxtrot," "Selling England by the Pound" and "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway." Trespass performs this wonderfully complex music with an emphasis on presenting the layered sounds of the original recordings, as well as the excitement of well-crafted live presentation. Trespass’s new lineup features the delicious talents of Brian Filone (Vocals/Flute), Michael LaBuono (Keyboards), the fabulous Britton brothers Marc (Guitars) and Flip (Bass/Guitars) and Brian “BP” Powers (Drums). With the musical excellence of Michael, Marc, Flip and BP along with Brian Filone's very Gabrielesque vocals, flute and stage theatrics (including various batwings, hats, flowerhead, capes, masks, props, puppets, and clever song introduction stories) "Trespass-The Music of Genesis" is a must see show for fans of the extraordinary music of Genesis.

STEVE FORBERT

ABOUT THE ARTIST

As a young man from Meridian, Mississippi, Steve Forbert traveled to New York City and played guitar for spare change in Grand Central Station. He vaulted to international prominence with a folk-rock hit, “Romeo’s Tune,” during a time when rootsy rock was fading out and the Ramones, Talking Heads and other New Wave and punk acts were moving in to the public consciousness. Still, critics raved about Steve’s poetic lyrics and engaging melodies, and the crowds at CBGB’s club in New York accepted him alongside those acts. “I’ve never been interested in changing what I do to fit emerging trends,” Forbert observes. “Looking back on it, I was helping to keep a particular American songwriting tradition alive at a time when it wasn’t in the spotlight.”

After his first two records came a plethora of well-crafted, unforgettable songs on such albums as Little Stevie Orbit, Streets of This Town, The American in Me, Mission of the Crossroad Palms and Evergreen Boy. His tribute to Jimmie Rodgers, Any Old Time, was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2004. In October 2012, 35 years after his first album, Steve has released an exciting new one, Over With You. Its ten fresh but mature songs pinpoint a wide range of emotions that color personal relationships — emotions that most listeners have undoubtedly felt and struggled to understand at some point in their lives. “This is an album that has taken a lifetime to make,” explains Forbert. “You don’t just pull these songs out of thin air — you have to live them.”

Mason Porter

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Mason Porter got its start in the 2006 informally as friends playing folk songs together at parties in West Chester, PA. The band consists of core members Joe D'Amico (mandolin, guitar, vocals), Tim Celfo (upright bass, vocals), Paul Wilkinson (guitar, vocals) and is typically augmented with drums and other instrumentalist at live shows. The band released their debut EP Mason Porter (2008) resulting in immediate praise. Les McIntyre of Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine wrote of this inaugural recording “The music of Mason Porter could be best described as alternative bluegrass…in this debut recording, the eclectic trio show musical prowess that is difficult to overlook.” Following up with full lengths Thunder In The Valley (2009) and a collection of traditional folk and covers Story Of the Rifle (2011), the band became a fixture on the regional scene. Through the process of writing, recording and constant gigging, the band developed its original sound blending folk, bluegrass, blues, country and rock influences into the unique personality that IS Mason Porter.
